Hamidreza Raei is a PhD research fellow in the field of Human-Robot Interfaces and Interaction (HRI²), with a passion for shared autonomy, autonomous systems, and system control. His research interests primarily revolve around the development of shared autonomy algorithms.
In 2022, he earned his MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), South Korea. During his master's degree, he focused on developing an autonomous landing system for moving targets. His thesis, "Autonomous landing on moving target using LiDAR, Camera and IMU sensor fusion," was a testament to his expertise in this area. he completed his BSc in the same major at Isfahan University Technology in 2020.
